A message from the head chef
We have been established as a catering company since 2012 and have already been making food that is enjoyed by thousands. We have been and still are trusted suppliers for 5-star hotel chains and have catered for hundreds of weddings and events. In Mint Fusion, you’ll get to experience a near authentic South Asian cuisine, as our dishes implode with aroma. Dishes are carefully crafted in a traditional home-style approach, including manually grinding and roasting our spices. We mix fresh ingredients with a carefully deliberated blend of spices, staying well clear of “pre-made sauces” most restaurants use.
We preach the use of a simple but still unique cooking style in the industry, which involves bulk cooking in large saucepans. This allows cooking for around 200-500 portions concurrently, ensuring no compromise in flavour and freshness as we scale up or down based on demand. All our cooking is done in a large commercial kitchen with experienced and award-winning chefs.
Our beliefs can be characterised by one fresh ingredient, the mint leaf – a natural herb that bestows a fresh scent into any dish or beverage. We are confident that our venture will breathe much needed freshness into the takeaway industry.
